I've been working for PCCS Group as a Technical Support Operative for around a year and a half and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. It is by far the best place I have worked. Is there any part of the job that makes working here an enjoyable experience? I think the shorter answer would be to the question is there anything that makes it NOT an enjoyable experience. No! But to answer the question, over the past 7 and a half years I found working at PCCS Group allows the flexibility of a medium sized company, whilst maintaining big company outlooks on the industry. PCCS is small enough to care, large enough to make a difference. The offices, their location and immediate surroundings also add to the enjoyment of working for PCCS. I am lucky enough to work with some individuals who have become some of my closest friends, I feel honored to have an awesome team around me to support my every idea and who care immensely about the software we produce. This includes our UK office, offshore offices and clients based around the world.

Over the past 2 years, I have been involved in a few projects and at the minute, I have the opportunity to work with a team on a whole new product. Work is exciting and enjoyable! PCCS Group is essentially a small family, everyone is close and can be honest about anything - with these close relationships you can always be sure to have a laugh alongside working which of course makes work not feel like "work" so much. When I started at PCCS it was a bit of a shock as it was a completely different career path. I worried it may take me longer to understand how this business works, however with the close relationships I’ve built with my colleagues almost instantly the worry went away. My aspirations are to assure I constantly grow and push myself. Learning new skills and finding what I am personally good at I hope to grow into a bigger role with more responsibilities. The main thing I love about PCCS is how involved even the directors are in the business - when you see how much they care and how much effort they put in when they're at the top - it gives you all the motivation to do the same.
