We at PC Control Systems are always looking to expand on our employee’s knowledge of industry tools available, to make sure PCCS and the systems we develop encompass all our clients needs. Aimee Young and Alicia Agius who head up the marketing department for Skyline Lite attended the Technology for Marketing event at the Olympia centre a few months back.
Whilst there, they were able to get a handle of the CRM modules required by larger corporations to ensure business utilise the data at their disposal to correctly target new markets or ensure they are doing what they can to maintain customer relations to boost returns on investment.
These trips are critical to our business so we can really put our products under the microscope so we can be sure we are providing all we can to our clients; be it the 1 man in his van, or the large corporations we supply software to.
Aimee and Alicia have reviewed their findings over the past weeks to see where we can utilise these CRM tools within Skyline, not only for the benefit of PCCS internally but to better support our clients in utilising data to boost profits.
